Aurora Borealis in Scotland

There are various reports that the solar flares reaching earth today will result in a spectular display of the Aurora Borealis in Scotland.

May take a drive out of the city to get a better look. I’ll take some pictures and post to the web if we see it.

    I’d love to see the aurora borealis in Scotland of all places. My dad was scottish. When is the best time to ‘try’ to see them?

    I guess anytime is a good time to see them, but if you see them when you are young then the memories will always be with you.

    Just a thought.
