A great place to camp is at Bassett Wood farm, Tissington. It's right on the trail and an easy cycle to Ashbourne. Tissington is a hub for walkers and cyclists, the Hall has been owned by the Fitzherbert family for over 500 years. I used to work with the Sir Richard's daughter - Lucy at GJW.
